Steps to grocery, bars, food + shuttle. This gem of a townhome is centrally located, super bright, super cozy, quiet, clean, custom fireplace with firewood! With the townhouse layout, no stranger stomps around above. Park at front door! Three full bathrooms, 3 Smart TVs - sleeps 8. We want our guests to be as comfortable as we are. Great bedding, fully stocked cook's kitchen. BBQ at the swimming pool - two saunas, two hot tubs. Excellent cleaners as well! Two hot tubs, two saunas and a summer time swimming pool. BBQ is also located at the pool! There are two porches at the townhouse as well, with nice treed views. There are two patio chairs and a small table in the warmer months on the living room balcony. The master bedroom has a second small private porch. Our townhome is on a quiet property, and off the street. The townhouse is located toward the end of the property and offers a peaceful environment. The property is wooded and so close to Old Mammoth Shops, restaurants and 24 hr. grocery - you won't believe it. The main floor is on the second level, featuring a soaring vaulted ceiling, with warm cedar paneling, giving it a very mountain home feel. It's a really wonderful room. The living room space is open concept and includes the dining area and kitchen, with a bar that seats three to keep the cook company, it is a cook's kitchen and the kitchen is ready. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. We want our guests looking forward to their next visit! When we purchased this townhome, we made a plan to retire in it some day. In the meantime, we seek to share it with people like us who love to ski, bike, hike and enjoy the outdoors, whether winter or summer. Guest access Our Mammoth Home has: -Easy check in - you will be given a unique door code for the duration of your stay, keyless entry. - Two parking spaces, and the free shuttle right at the end of the driveway. You don't need to drive at all if you don't wish to. -Mudroom entry area with bench seating . This area is great to sit and remove your boots and gear, with lots of room to store your gear. -Wood burning fire place and firewood. -Private, quiet and wooded atmosphere, with lovely trees in the windows. At the same time, it's so so close to shopping, restaurants and grocery. -Lovely morning, afternoon and evening light. -Swimming pool, two hot tubs, two change rooms/gender with toilets, showers and two saunas. -Unlimited 1G WiFi (speed can vary, we pay for the fastest speed available) -Three Smart TV's - 42" Samsung Smart TV in living room, 42" Samsung Smart TV in master bedroom, 42" Smart/Roku TV in 2nd bedroom. Premier cable package includes Family channel, Movie Channel, HBO, Starz, NFL Channel, BTN, Fox College, ESPNU, Pack 12. Cable in all bedrooms. - Three full bathrooms with towels, washcloths, foot mats, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers. -Iron/Ironing Board -New appliances including dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dish soap, kitchen towels. A cook's kitchen. Note - if you want to know if we supply any kitchen equipment in particular, please ask! We do have an apron for you. -There is a complementary washer dryer at the pool area. -All beds have 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers, with wonderful down duvets. Four pillows on each bed, and a plush blanket in addition. - Additional arrangements can be made for guests staying for longer periods of time. Please ask. -We are bug aware! All mattresses and box springs and pillows are in encasements that protect against allergens, dust mites and bedbugs. Our cleaning protocol includes pest inspection. -We want our guests to be happy in our part time home. We are honest and considerate, because that is the kind of guest we wish to welcome into our home. Thank you. Please understand that Mammoth gets big storms and sometimes incredible amounts of snow and a lot of wind. We cannot offer discounts or refunds due to weather, road conditions or power outages.
