The airy living room, featuring hardwood floors, a massive river rock fireplace, and an overstuffed sectional sofa, makes it nearly impossible to leave. The fully equipped kitchen and expansive deck with exceptional views of the Tetons provide everything you need for a perfect getaway. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub and soak in the beauty around you. Don't forget the fun zone loft where you can enjoy the Foosball table, big screen TV, and sleeper sofa—a great space for entertainment. SUMPTUOUS SLEEPING QUARTERS Every bedroom in the property manager offers a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. :: Master Suite: Indulge in the queen bed and relax in the master bath's jetted tub on chilly nights. In summer, refresh yourself with a cool rinse in the glassed-in shower. :: Upstairs Queen Suites: Each suite comes with a private balcony and bath, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. :: Fun Zone Loft: There is a sleeper sofa in this area that can be used as a bedroom as well. :: Basement Bedroom: There is an extra 4th bedroom if needed. It has two twin beds and is accessed through the garage (one bay available for renter use). Note: This bedroom may not be suitable for young children. OUR MOUNTAIN CLIMATE Like many homes in Teton Valley, Teton Summit View does not have air conditioning. Thanks to our cool mountain evenings, opening the windows at night typically brings the home back to a very comfortable temperature, and most guests find the fresh mountain air one of their favorite parts of staying here. NO AIR CONDITIONING As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have air conditioning. Our high elevation means evenings cool off nicely even after a warm day, and we've included our best tips for keeping the house comfortable in your check-in guide. We believe in giving our guests the privacy to enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. SECURITY CAMERAS There are three (3) security cameras located on the property. One facing the driveway and parking area. One facing the front guest entry and porch. And one in the garage. There are no cameras located within the interior of the property or the hot tub zone. HOT TUB CARE & PEACE OF MIND Your relaxation comes first. Unlike many vacation rentals, our hot tub is fully drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. This extra step ensures a consistently clean, sanitary soaking experience—so you can unwind, enjoy the mountain views, and relax with complete confidence. Included with your stay: STAY PROTECTION Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. MOUNTAIN CLIMATE - NO AIR CONDITIONING Teton Summit View does not have air conditioning, which is common for many homes in Teton Valley due to our historically cool mountain climate. Summer days can occasionally become quite warm, but temperatures typically drop significantly after sunset, allowing the home to cool naturally by opening the windows. We also provide fans throughout the home to help keep everyone comfortable during your stay. In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons. :: The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. :: Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. :: NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). :: NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Please dispose of butts appropriately. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. :: Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. :: Hot Tub. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. DO NOT get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for: smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
