The house accommodates up to 14 guests. The space A pool and hot tub are just steps away from the house and an full outdoor bathroom is adjacent to the pool. In the house, there are two large great rooms, one on the main level and one on the terrace level. A gourmet kitchen is a highlight of the main level with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerator freezers, 2 dishwashers, a gas stove with 6 burners, cooking equipment, plates, glassware, etc. The kitchen has an adjacent pantry with dedicated entrance and a deck with a separate entrance containing a covered outdoor dining area and a large Weber grill. Three of the bedrooms have a private deck or porch with a dedicated entrance. Guest access The house is located on a 50 acre farm and guests have access to most of the property, unless there is active farming underway. The property is located between a vineyard and a farm that has both retail and opportunities to pick your own fruit. Other things to note An owner's contract is required, but this contract does not contain any additional fees or charges. The owner's contract does contain specific information about adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and directives, including those regarding the recent pandemic. Due to the ongoing pandemic, no parties or events are allowed.
