The 3750 sqft. home features two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 guest rooms with a full bath and a bunk room with 4 sets of bunks and a small private room off the bunk room with a twin bunk beds The space The Treehouse is a unique property with stunning river views and easy river access . Located right on the San Marcos river this gem is sure to impress. With plenty of space for everyone it has two masters with private en suites. The downstairs master is handicap accessible with a large walk in shower and a private deck with stunning river view . The upstairs master has a large bathroom with jetted tub and a custom stained glass window. Both masters have 50” flatscreen smart TVs. Guest bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets and either a king bed or two queens. The bunk house is huge with 4 bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twins on top. Their is also a sitting area, tv, x box, large balcony and a full bath. In addition their is also a private room of the bunk house that has a twin bunk and desk. This is a perfect spot for all the kids to have their own space. The open kitchen living and dining area has a large stone fireplace , tv , and a fully stocked kitchen with dish ware to serve 20, pots pans, and kitchen gadgets all ready to make that large family meal. The living room opens onto our 1,000 sq.ft screened in porch ... this is everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Relax and enjoy the view and the sounds of the river. Our back yard features a covered porch ,plenty of running around green space, a stone smoker, and a beautiful stone fire pit with plenty of seating and river views. Down some steps we also feature a two tiered deck overhanging the river with easy river access. This is perfect to splash around ,put you kayak in, or end your river float. The house also boasts its own private tennis court perfect for the whole family. Guest access Our property is located on two acres and while staying you have access to all our homes amenities including our tubes and kayaks. We only ask that if they are damaged you replace them. Other things to note We are located in a small quiet neighborhood Our home is well suited for family vacations and get togethers. We do not allow commercial vehicles ie tubing shuttles, busses, catering vans etc.. we do not allow weddings on the property.
