Ocean Front Family House on West Cliff Dr

Ocean front beach house on West Cliff has been a vacation rental for 26 years. Three bedrooms, 4th bedroom is on the detached garage. Primarily a three bed two bath house. One level. There is an additional sleeping area next to the detached garage. There is not a bathroom with the 4th bedroom. Sleep 8 people. Fully furnished with everything a home would have. Walk along West Cliff to the light house 1 mile south Natural Bridges. We enjoy using this house as the owner and keeping it up to par. The space Ocean front House, 3 bedrooms in main house and a 4th bedroom attached to detached garage. The 4th bedroom has twin beds, a plug in heater and heating blankets. There are two bathrooms in the house. Includes everything a home would have. Guest access linear walking/bike ocean front path, Natural bridges beach is 1/2 mile north and the light house is 1 mile south. Other things to note Sleeps 8 people including kids. Host needs to know ages of your group. A dog dog may be considered but we need to discuss this with you first. There is a $100 pet fee. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and needs to be signed and returned before check in. It is not OK to have additional guests over 8 people day or night.
