Shares no-bank beach, 6 acres of grounds and kayaks with Victorian and the Cottage by the Sea. 2 bedroom, one bath, sofa sleeper. The space Great 2 bedroom home. Lovely natural light and space. Full kitchen, linens and towels. Full use of the 200' private beach and sport court next door. Plus 4 kayaks available for all guests. If we agree to a pet, there will be an additional $150 pet fee. Guest access The whole second floor is for the guest. Guest has access to the full yard, sport court, beach and kayaks of the main property across the street. The garage is below and is mainly only used for storage. Other things to note We have guests sign a rental contract outside the domain. Ask for details. Guests booking must be 25 years old. No parties allowed Carpeted stairs provide access to this second story apartment. Our 3 house estate shares one wifi connection and it originates in the large main house across the street.
