“Homey”, “spacious”, “comfortable” and “beyond expectations” are all terms guests have used to describe this two bedroom townhouse style condo at Tamarack Resort. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, radiant stove and over the stove microwave, dishwasher and full size washer/dryer. The dining room is set up for your party of six to dine or just socialize with one of the games you can check out at the activity center. Birch 38 is a townhouse style condo with kitchen, dining, living room, and a 3/4 bath laundry closet are located on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king bed, a second full bath and a second bedroom with twin beds. All amenities onsite are available to our guests. and the equipment to enjoy playing tennis or racquet ball can be checked out at the desk in the activity center. PLEASE NOTE, that while our guest get full use of the resort amenities we must provide for the guest check in services and housekeeping services which are contracted. Either I or an associate will greet the guest, have them complete a registration form, acquaint them with the unit, review guest book and answer any other questions they might have. We strive to keep the meeting brief but informative. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT CHECK IN THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A PER STAY SERVICE FEE OF $75 THAT IS PAYABLE BY CHECK OR CASH TO COVER THE CHECK IN SERVICE, LINENS AND DEPARTURE CLEANING. This fee is not included in the charges handled by Airbnb. Birch 38 is a privately owned condo within the Tamarack( and Mirror Lake) Resort. Tamarack is predominantly a Timeshare Resort. Family oriented, the property is an 80 acre complex of 192 condos with amenities that include both indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis court, indoor racquet ball, exercise room, game room, planned activities and more. Our guests can enjoy the usage of all the resort amenities. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Two parking spaces are allowed in from of the condo and additional cars can be parked at the activity center nearby. There is a strict no pet rule and occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Note too that we must count children of all ages in our occupancy limit. A guest book is in the unit to acquaint the guest with complex rules, check out procedures, and area information that they might find helpful during their stay. Please note rates quoted on this site do not include a per stay $75 service fee to cover the check in service, linens and departure clean.
