The Mansion has been meticulously cared for and preserved and is absolutely stunning inside and out. With 8 bedrooms (4 with en-suite bathrooms), spacious living and dining rooms and much more this is bound to be the vacation home of your dreams! Set in rural Lancaster County, and surrounded by fields and farmland you'll truly feel as though you've disconnected from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Take a walk around the expansive property, stop to watch the fish in the pond, or relax by the gazebo under the giant oak trees- whatever you choose you are bound to leave relaxed and refreshed. The house is a magnificent 16 room mansion with luxurious finishings and amenities. You'll find gorgeous crystal chandeliers, beautiful refinished hardwood, several large sitting rooms, three original fireplaces, and plenty of kitchen and dining space. In addition to the three spacious suites and four large additional bedrooms there's an entire master wing/bedroom with a marble floor entertaining space, private sitting room, spacious bedroom and huge his and her bathrooms. Please note, absolutely no more than 18 guests are allowed on the property at any time. This is strictly enforced. The really great thing is although it feels as if you've disconnected from daily life you're always just a short drive to all the best that Lancaster County has to offer. And should you decide to leave for a bit (we won't blame you at all if you don't) you'll find all kinds of great shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. You're less than 10 minutes from Rockvale and Tanger outlets, Dutch Wonderland, and endless restaurant options along Route 30. Fifteen minutes from Sight and Sound Theaters and only 20 minutes from downtown Lancaster where you'll find lots of really great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Because it is a rural area, please be respectful to the neighborhood. We ask that there be no loud music, parties, or fireworks during your stay. The property is expansive (60 acres) so there are stables and a small ranch home on the property that isn't for guest use. Please do not trespass in the stables at any time and respect the family living in the home's privacy (as I'm sure they will yours). The stables is separate from the home and there may be vehicles or small indoor events there from time to time. However that area is completely removed from the house and has it's own separate driveway. Everything pictured plus more is exclusively for your use during your stay. The floor plan is as follows: FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen with seating for eight at the table and 3 barstools. Full bathroom off of the kitchen. Dining room with seating for 12. Bar room (TV with basic DishTV channels is located on pull out arm in the closet in this room). Formal living room. Large sitting room with lots of natural light. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom is located off of this room with a small en suite sitting room (TV included), 2 queen beds, and an expansive his and hers en suite bathroom (2 walk in showers, 2 toilets, 2 vanities, walk in closets, bidet, and a soaking tub. SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 2: Large King bedroom with sitting area, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom (shower). Bedroom 3: King bedroom with en suite bathroom and large mirrored vanity area. Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. Office and laundry room THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom 5: King Bedroom Bedroom 6: King Bedroom Bedroom 7: Queen Bedroom Bedroom 8: Queen Bedroom Full bathroom with tub/shower combo Full bathroom with shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Patio with table, chairs, and fire pit. Propane grill. Charcoal grill. Additional refrigerator located in bell house. Gazebo down by the pond island. We're local and always available should you have questions during your stay. Beechdale Farm is two minutes off Old Philadelphia Pike (one of the main roads that runs through Lancaster Amish Country). And in the town of Bird in Hand you'll find a farmers market, bakery and coffee shop, restaurant, and mini golf. There is plenty to do while staying at the farm, but should you choose to explore the area, a car is highly recommended for your stay. We are not currently permitted to hold weddings or events due to township permit restrictions. This is strictly a vacation home rental.
