Use of the swim spa and boatlift are at an extra cost and must be requested a minimum of one week in advance. Children are NOT permitted on the tram unless accompanied by an adult. PLEASE NOTE House is located on a steep hill with no fencing. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times due to the hill, pond, spa and tram. Other things to note There is an extra fee of $300 for us to prepare and heat the swim spa (requires a minimum 7 days advance notice). The deep water pier has a boatlift which can be used for an additional cost and under separate agreement. Children are NOT permitted on the tram unless accompanied by an adult.
