Stunning Warren Village Home

Walk to the Warren Store! This beautiful home sits on 1.7 private acres in downtown Warren. Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children with bunk beds. This pet friendly home allows a maximum of 1 dog with an additional pet fee. Just a short walk to the covered bridge, Warren Store, Pitcher Inn and swimming in the Mad River. Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas are a short drive away. This sun filled home has spacious accommodations, gourmet kitchen and a wrap around deck with views. The space This is a family friendly home! It sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. Due to space requirements we require a maximum of 6 adults. There are three bedrooms - one queen bed, one king bed and one bedroom is our children's bunk room that sleeps up to five. There is also a queen futon that opens up in our study/TV room. There is a $25 per night extra fee for each additional guest past 8 guests. The house has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, fireplace, wrap around covered porch with outdoor farmers table for dining, a large front deck with sectional patio furniture, two car garage with a level 2 EV Charger, and plenty of parking (w/two driveways). This non-smoking home has a lot of open space with high cathedral ceilings and all wood floors. The house is extremely well suited for entertaining. Westward facing with lots of windows and skylights it is very bright and sunny. There is a large lawn with a volleyball net, fruit trees, fire pit and Adirondack chairs on the hill for star gazing. There is a separate large fenced in area for children and dogs to play! Please note that we are dog friendly but only allow a maximum of one well behaved dog. A $100 dog fee will be applied for the stay. Excessive barking is not allowed and we do ask that you clean up after your pet. Not following these rules could affect the full return of your deposit. *Seasonal long-term rentals do not include heat, electricity wifi, and plowing. Utility deposit required.
