This expansive two level fully equipped home has it all! Sleeping 12 guests 4 bed+ 3.5 bath, waterfront with lake access & beautiful year-round lake views. Equipped with a theater room, pool and ping pong table, bar, boat ramp 3 doors away. Ample parking. Large deck with outdoor table , lower level concrete pad with an outdoor fire pit and flat griddle propane grill. Well equipped kitchen dining area, washer, dryer and laundry. 100yds the lake. 2 kayaks and a paddle board are provided. The theater room ( very large screen), pool table , ping pong table, lounger and bar makes staying indoors great fun. Tvs in both master bedrooms and the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and regular coffee makers - 2 toasters etc. Upstairs (ground/first floor) has the master bedroom en suite (sleeps 4 ) and 2 queen bedrooms which share a bathroom, the living room, dining room, kitchen pantry and guest restroom Games room, bar, theater (sleeps 2) laundry and second master ( sleeps 4 ) are downstairs. Only the garage is not guest accessible - it is used for storage. I am available for guests to phone or text from the time they arrive. A nice quiet community. In the area there are several restaurants and close by (2-7 miles) groceries. Gas station, dollar store, golfing 3 courses and boat rentals. Trout fishing in the Little Red River ( below the Dam). There is a grass strip runway about half a mile from the house. This is a dry County. Walmart is located at Heber a Springs about 35mins away. Kayaks should only be carried to the water and returned to the carport. The grill and drip tray must be cleaned prior to departure. ($75 cleaning fee if not) Absolute observance of hot tub hygiene. $250 cleaning fee if the hot tub has ANY dirt or debris. Report any damage so that we have advance warning to repair before the following guests arrive.
