The space The theater room ( very large screen), pool table , ping pong table, lounger and bar makes staying indoors great fun. Tvs in both master bedrooms and the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and regular coffee makers - 2 toasters etc. Upstairs (ground/first floor) has the master bedroom en suite (sleeps 4 ) and 2 queen bedrooms (sleeps4) which share a bathroom, the living room, dining room, kitchen pantry and guest restroom Games room, bar, (sleeps2)theater room (sleeps 2)and second master ( sleeps 4 ) are downstairs. Guest access Only the garage is not guest accessible - it is used for storage. Other things to note This is a dry County. However at Cravens 7 miles away they now have beer and wine for sale. Walmart is located at Heber a Springs about 35mins away. Kayaks should only be carried to the water and returned to the carport. BBQ must be cleaned if used! The grill and drip tray must be cleaned prior to departure. ($75 cleaning fee if not) Absolute observance of hot tub hygiene. $250 cleaning fee if the hot tub has ANY dirt or debris. Report any damage so that we have advance warning to repair before the following guests arrive.
