The Omni Mount Washington resort has wonderful amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools restaurants, golf courses, equestrian facility, equestrian park, Nordic center, etc. The location is also perfect, just 20 minutes from Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch. Just 30 minutes to Santa’s Village, 5 min from AMC. Our townhome is perfect for multiple families. It has two large master bedrooms on the upper level(1 with a 2 person hot tub), and two bedrooms on the lower level and a 5th on the main level. The main level features a large open floor plan wood-burning fireplace, large open updated kitchen, laundry, one large bedroom with one queen bed, and 1 full shared bath. The lower level has an additional wide open floor plan with a second living room, kitchenette, wet bar, two additional bedrooms one with bunkbeds(both full size beds), and One shared bathroom . There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Both the main level and the lower level living rooms have large brand new Wi-Fi flatscreen TVs. The entire 3 level townhome I will be accessible by phone and the onsite property manager is available for any emergencies. Bretton Woods is a very unique location, Mt Washington Place Townhomes are associated to the Mt Washington Resort. The resort is just 1/8 of a mile away. The Mt Washington Town Homes are a wonderful family area. The Resort is an absolutely amazing place that you will surly fall in love with. They have numerous activities for kids, a game room, multiple restaurants, and breath taking views for you to relax with your favorite cocktail. If you plan on heading to the resort for swimming, please let us know. There is also a great swimming hole on the river just a mile west on rt 302. * If you plan on heading to the resort for swimming or any of the amenities, please let us know as we do offer a separate concierge package. In the event you need to cancel, this is our cancelation policy: The guest's can cancel up to 7 days prior to check in for a full refund with the exception of a holiday/ school vacation week or weekend. If the guest's cancel after 7 days prior to check in, and the unit is able to be rebooked, the guests are able to receive a full refund. For holiday week/weekends or school vacations weeks, 30 days notification are required for a full refund unless the unit is able to be rebooked. The townhome comes loaded with everything you will need for a great stay, towels, kitchen where, grill utensils, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soaps at each sink, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand towels, washing mashing detergent and dryer sheets. We do not offer personal soaps, shampoos, or hygiene products. *IT IS REQUIRED TO INFORM US IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING YOUR DOG, Please see below the pet rules, TY *Typically weekends are a two night minimum for rentals, however we do offer all of our units for one night, but do charge a weekend split fee of $150(holiday weekends are not possible). This is primarily to accommodate cleaning team schedules. *The main level and lower level have brand new big flat screen tv's with wi-fi capability and youtube tv entertainment packages. *The main level sofas's have slip covers that are change are each use. *There is a rechargeable light weight vacuum on the main level for guest to use and keep the townhome tidy. ****PLEASE NOTE: This townhome is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (11 pm - 7 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (3 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside, must be followed. Overflow parking is a 2 minute walk. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations.
