Baldwin House with the Peach Floors-Entire House

The Baldwin House with a Peach Floor is a victorian house built in 1907. The house has been well maintained and still sports original beautiful woodwork, radiator heating, and a fabulous sleeping porch. Furnishings in the house are eclectic with an artsy Victorian BoHo flair. The space You have use of the entire house. The home sports four bedrooms, a sleeping porch, and a Victorian BoHo hippie pad in the attic that is available to groups over six. The BoHo pad is a mostly open area with sleeping for 5. The house can accommodate up to 14 in good weather, using the sleeping porch. Accommodates up to 11 without the use of the sleeping porch. There is an up-charge of $25 per person when your group is over 6 guests, per night. Hopefully you will be able to enjoy the large sleeping porch off of Steph’s Room. There are two full beds on the porch. Perfect for reading, telling stories, and just enjoying the weather, without being directly outside. The sleeping porch does not have air conditioning or heat, keep that in mind when booking for more than 11 people. Vaughn’s bedroom on the second floor sleeps two with a double bed, Steph’s bedroom sleeps one with a twin bed (The sleeping porch is off Steph’s room), Elizabeth’s room sleeps one with a twin bed, downstairs is Joe’s room which has a private bath and includes a queen bed. The bedrooms are serviced by ac window units. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook and bake. There are two tandem bicycles available that you are encouraged to use! Pedal around our little town and see all the sites, including the beautiful Baker University Campus. You are welcome to use the backyard brick patio and enjoy the fabulous front porch. Guest access You will have use of the entire house. Other things to note Two of the double beds are located on the sleeping porch, which is not climate control. Wonderful to use in the spring in fall.
