This beautiful home boasts an aesthetic, natural style that will leave you feeling relaxed and elevated. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the large shaded backyard, and the spa like primary bedroom escape, there is plenty of room for all of you to enjoy. This home is wonderfully located in a family-friendly neighborhood with a beautiful nature park across the street, amazing walkable restaurants and shopping! This house is a 3 bed 2 bathroom home and is a One month minimum. The space The aesthetic. The vibe. The location. This home is over 100 years old and has been wonderfully updated and maintained. You will have a wonderful nights rest in our quality, comfortable beds. The large living room with a 65" flat screen TV and sectional are the perfect place to hang and relax. If you prefer privacy to unwind all bedrooms are also fitted with flatscreen TVs. This space welcomes you with fast/stable WIFI, coffee and tea, plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels and a fully stocked kitchen. A full size washer and dryer are available for the guests use as well. The house does have an outside front and back door camera for your safety. Guest access This home is fully furnished for guests. Parking is available in front of the house in the large circle drive but guests may not park in the far west driveway. This is a self check-in home starting at 4 pm, and if we can accommodate an earlier check-in, we are happy to oblige. If you need an earlier check-in time please feel free to ask. For our guest's safety and security outdoor video monitoring face the driveways, front entrance, and back door entrance. There is a locked storage closet that will not be accessible. Other things to note There is a small annex house in the back with a separate entrance and a separate fenced yard only sharing a small outdoor, walk-through space. Stays greater than one month will require a monthly walk through by property manager to ensure house maintenance.
