The space ⭒Private Guesthouse in a tranquil desert setting on a real ranch setting next to the Saguaro National Park East. There is no closer location to hike to the trails from the speedway location or the Broadway location. Easy access to golf, trails and nature, horseback riding, dining and town. ⭒This property is situated in an accessible location to pretty much any place in Pima County if you drive 20 minutes west you are the U of A. ⭒1200 square feet with large sectional, futon and king pillow top bed . Desk and dining area full kitchen. shower, bathroom, private patio and barbecue. ⭒Pets welcome and horse trailer and/or RV as we have a large riding arena. If you are looking to live in the desert surrounded by Saguaros and have a private view of the moon and nature, this it it! I love this property and I am honored to share it with you. ✷The space has high ceilings with a separate private bedroom. The guesthouse has a working office area, a bonus bed in the main room, flat screen TVs with cable, movies, and board games included. You will also enjoy the mountain views, outdoor fire pit, and basic food commodities. It's a western getaway that guests come back to again and again. ✹Pets & Wildlife ✶Please be aware that I do have dogs, horses, chickens, cats, etc that may or not be interacting with you and your pets. I will not be held responsible if anything happens to you or your pet. I want you to enjoy your experience but, it is in the wilderness so please be cautious. There are rattlesnakes, gila monsters, tarantulas, scorpions, etc and cactus. It's a ranch experience on a dirt road, not a resort so please be wary of this before booking. ✶Your dogs are welcome, however, they have to be supervised as the ranch is the home to my dogs who are friendly and if your dog is not okay with horses than that can be dangerous for your fur-baby if they decide to chase or bark at them. ✦The accommodations are comfortable as there is WIFI, a big comfy bed, etc. Yet, it is subject to weather, wildlife, bugs, and other things that come along with the Tucson desert. If something is bugging you, please let us know and we will come take care of it for you. ✶The house is on a 5 acre property with dirt, dust, and animals. If anything is not up to your standards please let us know. We want you to have the best stay possible but please keep in mind this is a real deal cowboy ranch, the environment makes it difficult for dust not to be involved but we try our best to scrub and clean to our best ability. ✾Kids ✏Although I love kids and raised my own two daughters on this ranch, this is not a kid friendly place as there is tons of cactus, wildlife, a large pond that can be a hazard, horses that don't want children to climb under the fence, and not a safe exploration spot without adult supervision. You are welcome to bring your children if you supervise them and think they are capable of not hurting themselves but I will not be held liable if they get any injuries. I love this property and you will too❤ Guest access Full property (5 acres of roaming) and guesthouse. Guesthouse feels like a large hotel suite or small home. It is far enough away from the main house that I will most likely never see or hear you. Privacy, peace and serenity. There is no better view than the outside of the back door of this guesthouse at night. You will own the moon and the mountains. You are welcome to use the fire pit, barbecue, or the arena picnic tables outside seating. The chairs in front of the fire pit are called the observation deck. Tranquil and total seclusion. The entire property is gated and fenced and secure from predators. I have had large memorable parties at this ranch and it would be a fun place to entertain. A romantic get away or a total nature excursion. Relax enjoy it and let the desert honor your visit. It's 100 feet away from the owners home and we will not cross paths, you have your own everything and anything you could ever want. -Check in/Check out times cannot be changed in order to provide proper cleaning services from the guest who stayed the night before ♞Nearest/Recommended Laundromat: WildCat Laundry (7621 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710) ♞Nearest Grocery Store: Safeway (10380 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85748) Other things to note The ranch is on a private dirt road with horses, chickens, and dogs, which are all very friendly. You are welcome to visit with your own loved furry family. The property has easy access to the town and the highway and is not remote in location and accessibility. The ranch is located where the paved road ends but not off the grid civilization. It is deceivingly convenient to everywhere, as there's a grocery store and movie theatre nearly 5 minutes away, restaurants 5-10 minutes away and several hiking trails that you can throw a rock at. Please note, this is not a five star resort so please don't have those expectations going into this cowboy experience. I have lived in Tucson for 40 years so I can give you direction to almost any hiking expedition, restaurant, tourist site, and local memorable visits . The dirt road that the ranch occupies is directly between Broadway and Speedway where both roads dead end on the East side of town. ⋆⋆Please be aware: The gate has to be shut behind you on the property every time you enter or leave. Although my dogs are super friendly, if they knock someone off of a horse it could jeopardize someone's life. Please be aware of animals and wildlife around you. Disclosure: As this property is a 5-acre ranch located in the heart of the desert, you may encounter critters such as bugs, mice, snakes, or other wildlife during your stay. While we take great care to clean the home thoroughly and actively manage pests, the nature of the environment makes it impossible to guarantee a 100% pest-free experience.
