Check in 3:00 pm-check out 10:00 am. Starter toilet paper;paper towels, dish liquid, sponge,2 garbage bags. Sheets & bath towels included. The space Best bang for your buck right here at the beach about 20 second walk to where you sit on the beach from the driveway. The backyard is shared-Table and chairs to use -and usually a few beach chairs, umbrella to use-we try to keep them up as best as possible between renters. lovely quaint area , very safe-it is patrolled 3-4 times a day. You will always see walkers, Runners, and bicycles too. Lovely year rounders and renters. Smart tv so you can log into your favorite accounts Hulu, Netflix,prime tv, direct tv, etc & antenna for local channels—no cable tv. We keep the sheds locked, we also lock up our paddle board and kayaks, sorry-they are not for use. we supply sheets & bath towels (no extra fee)-if any mattress pads are spoiled please use stain remover and start to wash -thank you😎 Seasonal general store with breakfast lunch and lobster sold —also seasonal restaurant/bar with guitar player outside. Guest access It is a duplex but you have the whole left side, full house with your own private kitchen, living room, two bathrooms three bedrooms —your own driveway, your own grill & your own decks! There’s also a shared hot outdoor shower You will receive your keyless code one week before check-in Other things to note The Wi-Fi passcode is on the refrigerator in the kitchen with trash instructions -to put it out every Monday morning - it is picked up very early in the morning-even Holidays. There is a lockbox and keyless door entry. Sheets and bath towels are supplied . We ask if any mattress pads are dirty take them off and at least start washing them please!
