The space The studio is approximately 300 sq. ft. with separate private entrance. Living room has a seating area that includes a futon and a full size bed with deep a comfortable mattress. There's a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plates, cups, utensils, with counter area. A large smart TV, viewable from all angles. You also have dedicated free private parking. Guest access Coral Gables, South Miami and Coconut Grove accessible by public transportation which is within walking distance. You will find shopping, eateries and bars. Merrick Place and University of Miami is a short ride away. Metrorail to downtown is a short bus ride away. Bus stop is two blocks from the studio.
