Guest access You have access to entire home and property except the garage and a few locked cabinets in the house. Outside parking for cars and boat trailers in driveway. Enjoy! During the summer months slips are available at the local marina. The lake is 30 feet from the house when the lake is full (usually by Memorial Day if we have a heavy season of rain). Then as the summer progresses the water recedes. Awesome views from the deck and inside the house! Other things to note Book early like our returning guests that book 9/18 months in advance for the summer season. Great year round vacations with lower prices during the winter months. Great for family and friends, but if you are planning a big party, please get a houseboat or another house. Rental Agreement Required. Sent after booking for your review. IMPORTANT: We are firm on the maximum number of guests. 10 total, 9 max for adults. IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do charge $95 per dog. Your dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. *IMPORTANT: Distance to water from the house varies from 50 feet (when the lake is full) to several hundred yards (when lower) depending on lake level fluctuations. Views from house and access to lake, marina, and boat ramps will vary through the season. Contact us for lake level status. Most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests updated and offer a full refund up to 60 days before your arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of the local boat ramp and marinas for moorage requiring travel to another part of the lake. Sensitive parties should avoid visiting Northern California during these seasons if air quality is an issue or you have any health concerns.
