We offer two bedrooms and one full bath: a king size bed (40 in. smart TV) and a set of twin beds. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen sofa bed with built in inflatable mattress. Smart TV in this area, too. We just purchased our rental in 2015. It has been freshly painted throughout. All of the linens and window treatments are new. Our renters love the proximity to town, the lake decor and the cleanliness. They also love the peaceful quiet, friendly neighborhood and the large backyard. Includes fire pit, gas grill, patio set, get around town bikes, helmets, beach towels, beach chairs , new washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. We recently added very clean baby items: a stroller, pack and play and a high chair. Our local Dairy Grille is just down the street for a quick dinner or late night treat. Very convenient! You will be renting the entire cottage and will have sole privileges to the screened front porch and the large backyard. We have a booklet provided to acquaint our guest with our cottage. They have our phone and email should they need more information as we live in this town and manage our own rental. We like our guests to know we will be a resource for them but we also like them to feel our cottage is THEIR home for a week. We respect their privacy. We have many excellent reviews on both sites. Thanks for looking. Close to everything. A walk or bike ride to town, Lake Michigan Beach and Round Lake. Only 3.8 miles to Castle Farms. Burgers and ice cream just down the street. Well maintained quiet neighborhood. Not necessary. We have a large smart TV in both the master bedroom and the living room. We offer cable and internet. If you have streaming channels you can easily sign in and out. We have driveway parking but parking is also allowed in the street in front of our cottage. We are an easy five block walk to town or a quick bike ride with one of many adult or child bikes provided.
