We appreciate guests who come to visit and blend in with the serenity the community has to offer. To preserve this and our neighborhood tranquility, we do not allow for any gatherings of more than 6 people and no more than 2 vehicles parked at the house. We do not allow any parties or get togethers larger than 6 people. Our neighborhood is very firm on this policy. Please note the 3rd bedroom is loft-style, with a balcony (please see photos). It is furnished as an informal living-room with a full-sized sofa bed. It has a door as well as a closet. Portable A/C unit is only available during the warmer months of June to August. Also, A/C unit availability is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accomodate for A/C in the 2 bedrooms but these are portable units which may malfuction. The house is located in a beautiful hiking and cycling/mountain biking area. The house itself is a peaceful, cabin-style, place where one can retreat, without feeling you even need to venture out. Several of our guests, who come to the area to explore, mention they’d like to return and plan to do nothing and just have respite at our home. We agree.
