The space Private indoor pool, spacious living and dining rooms ideal for large family gatherings. Free parking situated in front of house. Walking distance from lake and short drive from attractions, malls, and golf course. Kitchen comes fully equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cutting board, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. All bathrooms have towels, complimentary shampoo and soap, and hair dryer. Pest control is done to property on a frequent basis. Guest access Guests have access to entire house including pool and patio area. Guests will also have access to amenities inside gated community such as outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad/water sprinklers, basketball court, beach volleyball court, mini golf course, pool with water slides, gym and more. Fee is charged by clubhouse for kayaking and mini golf. Other things to note Check-in time is after 4pm, check-out time is 10am. We’ll send you the check-in information such as home address, door access code, guest entry pass into the community within 48 hours of your arrival. Pool heating is an additional charge of $25/day (USD) plus taxes. BBQ grill is available at an additional charge of $35 per stay.
