Put the groceries away, then enjoy the breezes from the elevated front deck. The house rises above the surrounding area to give you the feeling of a secluded get-away. Whether you come to escape the summer heat, marvel at the vivid colors of autumn, or escape the daily grind, the slow pace and serene beauty of the Smokey Mountains calls... The space My parents built this house as a summer retreat after they retired and spent many summers here until their passing. When I acquired the house, I began updating and making it mine. Hence the name, Pierce-Huber House. I'm proud to share it with you... Guest access The entire upstairs is yours. The downstairs landing and it's firepit for a closer to nature experience, but the basement and Owner's Closet are unavailable. Other things to note As the cold season invites a glowing fire, both in the fireplace and the fire pit, a reasonable fee will be added according to the amount of firewood used. I will contact you at the end of your stay regarding usage. If you would prefer to purchase your own firewood, it's available locally.
