This is a quiet, established neighborhood and safe. I know all of the surrounding neighbors. You can walk or bike to Two Rivers Park and the greenway, about 2 mi away. You can look out the upstairs window and see the Grand Ole Opry Sign. Easy access to State HWY 155 Briley Parkway to I-40 or I-65. 1.5 mi to Opryland Hotel & Convention Center (not really walkable. There are no sidewalks on this side of HWY 155, we suggest a short Uber or Lyft ride over) 2 mi to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall 9.2 mi - 12 mi to Downtown Honkytonks, depending on the route. Note: There are 3 routes to the downtown area to avoid traffic. 6.5 mi to BNA Airport Uber and Lyft are available and do pick-up at the airport Music Valley Drive is 2 miles away and has Restaurants, music venues, and more! PARKING AND GETTING AROUND: There is a private driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. If you are without a car, Uber and Lyft are available and usually there in 5 to 10 min. It's a short 12-15 min Uber/Lyft ride to downtown South Broadway Honkytonks. They can also pick up and drop off at the airport. The Opryland entrance is 1.5 mi away, so it's a little far to walk the way the streets are laid out. We suggest a quick Lyft or Uber for a ride over. Then you won't have to pay for parking at Opryland. It's expensive.
