This home is not your average rental due to the architecture and furnishings. The price quote is based on 6 guests maximum of 12 (with a fee of $20 or $25 per day/per guest over six depending on the season). Pets are allowed with a fee if the renter agrees to conditions. 2 pets maximum per stay, please take note the pet fee is per pet, per night of stay. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: - No refunds for Holidays, Spring Break, or Special Events. - Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this home. - No smoking allowed. - Approved pets allowed with a fee if renter agrees to conditions. Two pets maximum per stay. - Arrival time is 4 pm or later. Departure on the final day is no later than 11 am to avoid a late departure fee. - All renters MUST wear wristbands in the common areas and renters must submit the names of all renters for the authorization letter that is given to the gate attendant. - Guests of renters are not allowed to visit and are not allowed thru the gate without prior authorization and payment
