Lovely Studio w/ Private Entrance

Our charming one bedroom one bath studio space is completely private and located on the bottom floor of our Berkeley home. We've created a comfortable space for folks visiting family,business travelers and U.C. Berkeley visitors. (Zoning Permit #ZCSTR2017-0088) The space This beautifully decorated room is comfortable and very quiet. Features include a California King bed, a cozy reading chair, a desk for those needing to work during their stay, and a flatscreen TV with cable and high speed Internet access. The bedroom also features a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot and a tea kettle. While staying with us, you'll have your own private full-bath located next to your room. Guest access Private separate entrance to bottom floor of home. Plenty of free on street parking. Other things to note While you're living space is separate from the rest of the house, please know that our laundry room is also on the bottom floor. We only use the laundry room between 10 and 4 so you will never have anyone come downstairs in the early morning or in the evening. We do our best to time our laundry when guests are out of the house. We do have a very sweet dog, Olive, upstairs (she never goes downstairs), and you'll most likely not encounter her during your stay.
