Privacy, seclusion, and relaxation are just some of the things you'll find here, along with an abundance of wildlife- black bears, foxes, coyotes, raptors, deer, owls, wild turkeys, rabbits, and raccoons. Just a few short steps from the back door of Shenandoah Manor, you will find the George Washington National Forest, which offers opportunities for nature walks, hiking, and enjoying the peacefulness of nature. Recently built, no expense was spared in building a getaway that your family, friends, or group will talk about for years. This lodge is just a few miles from downtown Luray, the mighty Shenandoah River, and the National Park. Located at almost 2000 feet in mountain elevation, Shenandoah Manor offers fantastic views of Shenandoah National Park and surrounding George Washington National Forest- along with beautiful four-season views of the Shenandoah River. Two king, two queen, 1 full bed and 4 twin beds will comfortably sleep 14. The kitchen offers modern cooking, double ovens, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and everything you need for a great meal. If you'd rather cook outside, we've got you covered with a gas grill. Challenge each other to a game of horseshoes or cornhole (cornhole is available during the summer months)! Go fishing in the pond! Sit around the fire pit, relaxing and toasting marshmallows. New Feature! A playground for the kids has just been added- they can swing and slide to their hearts' content! On rainy days, there is still plenty to do inside. With a game room featuring a pool table and foosball table, you'll be having fun for hours! Free, fast Wifi internet and Dish TV with hundreds of channels will keep you connected. There is a landline phone with free local and long-distance calls. There are board games to rummage through. Everywhere you turn, this house has what you're looking for! The property is also close to a host of attractions, including Luray Caverns, Cooter's Dukes of Hazzard Museum, The Civil War Museum, and more! Some things to note about Shenandoah Manor: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; feel free to ask us! Please try to limit the number of cars per reservation to 5 or fewer. The base rate includes 4 guests. Additional guests are extra. Please read the itemized charges carefully! Dogs are welcome! The weight limit is 50 pounds per dog, and the pet fee is $75 per dog. Unfortunately, we can't accept cats. Sorry about that! PLEASE NOTE: During winter months, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle is required. Shenandoah Manor has a security camera located on the property, which is pointed toward the driveway.
