We live just outside Washington DC in an architect-designed home that looks out over the C&O Canal National Park and the Potomac River Valley. House features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, cooks-delight kitchen, and large dining room perfect for sharing meals with your family and loved ones. Quiet, green oasis surrounded by trees, birds and nature, yet only 15 minutes to downtown D.C. and less than 10 minutes to bustling downtown Bethesda with over 200 restaurants. Large entertaining spaces are perfect for your group to spend time together. Four bedrooms with 5 beds (two queens, one full, two twins, plus a twin in the lower level family room near a full bath). Dining room seats 10 comfortably, kitchen table seats 6 comfortably plus two seats at the island. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Guest access Guests can use almost the entire house, including two televisions with cable, Blu-ray disk players, two PCs with 100 MB up / 100 MB down fiber-optic internet and WiFi to connect mobile devices at no cost. Three separate stereo systems allow for quiet music listening in playroom, living room/dining room, and family room. Other things to note This house is a one of a kind for its sun-filled interiors and large open spaces to enjoy being with family and friends.
