You will be asked one time to leave You will NOT receive a refund The space The apartment is located UPSTAIRS, above the garage space. THE STAIRS ARE LOCATED TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUILDING. It is very spacious and private! (Approximately 1500 square feet!). This is not a "shared space" or "room", this is an entire space to yourself, away from the hustle and bustle, but only 10 minutes from the heart of everything Bowling Green has to offer! We offer a peaceful, undisturbed stay, only minutes from everything. Although the apartment only has 1 bedroom, it is a large bedroom! It has two, very comfortable queen size beds, perfect for 1-4 guests. There is also a large sectional sofa in the bedroom, and plenty of floor space for an air mattress. We have extra blankets, sheets, and pillows which can be provided upon request before you arrive. There are 2 TVs in the apartment, and both are equipped with DVD players. There is a pool table, foosball table, and many board games for family fun. A treadmill, and yoga mat are also available for your use. The kitchen is equipped with most of the necessities, including full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, and more. There is a small charcoal grill available outside for your use also. There are bath towels and wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Guest access There is plenty of yard and open field to roam, as well as lots of walking/jogging/biking areas behind the apt. There is also plenty of parking space for your vehicle, and even a trailer or uhaul, etc. There is a new gym/park facility less than 5 minutes away! In Jan 2018, the facility opened, and offers 4 indoor basketball courts, batting cage rental, pickleball and volleyball. There is also a walking track. At the same facility, there is an outdoor park with playground equipment, walking/jogging trails, and baseball fields. Just across the street from the park is Chaney's Dairy Barn, where you can have homemade ice cream, or lunch/dinner, and let the kids play on the amazing playground! Other things to note Note: To access the apartment, there is one flight of about 15 steps.
