Watch your favorite shows or a movie on the flat screen TV with cable. Vaulted ceilings throughout the living room, dining room, and kitchen provide a dramatically striking, wide open ambiance. Cedar plank walls complete the rustic wood cabin feeling with hardwood floors in the living and dining room.  Up a small flight of stairs is the beautifully updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. Sit down at the dining table or keep the cook company at the bar seating. Step out back to the deck for relaxing and grilling on the charcoal barbeque. Another separate living space with a multiple sitting arrangements, a wood burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV is on the lower level with laundry room and 3/4 bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin with twin trundle, and TV with cable.  Enjoy the private master bathroom with large tub and separate shower.  There is another full size bath in the hallway for all the bedrooms. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Note: DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs. PARKING FOR THIS RENTAL IS ONLY IN THE DRIVEWAY. PARKING ON THE FRONT LAWN WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF FULL DEPOSIT. This property is perfect for guests who value remodeled homes with tasteful interior design. Other things to note Neighbors are very sensitive to people coming onto their property. Do not use the neighbor's property to sled or play in the snow. We participate in Big Bear’s “Good Neighbor Program.” This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement & will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM.
