Guest access Any space in the house is available to guests. Other things to note Please note: Neighbors are sensitive to noise/walls are thin. Please be considerate. Do not play music loud after 9PM. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. especially Please do not smoke in our front stoops or sidewalk, the smoke smell travels easily to the neighboring houses. While we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $65.00 per pet before Airbnb's taxes and fees. Thanks for being cooperative.
