Village of Loon Mountain Resort Townhouse

Our townhouse is located in The Village of Loon Mountain Resort. The views are amazing! It sleeps 8 people, has 2 full baths, has a full-size washer/dryer and a fully equipped and completely remodeled kitchen. We change all linens and towels after each tenant! NH Meals & Room Tax License No.: 062323 The space As you can see by the photo we have a million dollar view from the living room, dining area and decks. We look across the Kancamagus Scenic By-way. We are on the side of Big Coolidge Mountain and look across the narrow East Branch of the Pemigewasset River Valley. You can see the ski slopes on Loon Mountain and have a great view of Black Mountain as well. The resort has everything you would ever need, such as, in door pools & Jacuzzi, outdoor pools & Jacuzzi, kids pool, tennis courts, basket ball court, kids play ground and more. We are at the beginning of the Kancamagus Hwy and just south Franconia Notch. These are two of the most scenic places east of the Rocky Mountains. The White Mountain National Forrest and surrounding areas offers a wide variety of things for people of all ages and abilities. The area is home to the highest concentration of hiking trails in the world. The area includes water falls, gorges, notches, high elevation passes, covered bridges and breath taking vistas just to mention a few of the things the area has to offer. Guest access You will have complete access to all that the townhouse offers. You will have complete access to all the resort’s facilities. Other things to note Our home is cleaned thoroughly between every visit. We change the linens and towels between stays. There are steps to enter our multilevel townhouse. If you can do six stairs in a narrow staircase with railings you will be ok. If you can't we are not a good fit. We also have two child gates to help keep your toddlers safe.
