Tuanis Cottage close to Military Base, Beach, Golf

Beautiful cottage in quiet colder sac. Walking distance to Naval Base, gas station, restaurant, fast food, and stores -7 minutes drive to Parris Island Marine Base and 4 minutes drive to The Sands Beach -2 minutes drive to Naval Base -15 minutes drive to Air Stations -Within 8 minutes drive to downtown Beaufort stores, restaurants, Waterfront Park and, more -25 minutes drive to Hunting Beach, SC -2 car assigned parking but plenty of parking space in front the house. -50 minutes to Hilton Head The space 2 story 1400 sqft Cottage. Not many stairs. Very clean and orderly. Guest access All parts of the home are accessible. I ask that guest stay out of utility spaces with where water tank and HVAC unit are stored. Other things to note Long stays over 20 days may require specific cleaning needs depending on amount of guests!
