Location, Location, Location!! Renovated in 2020!! 2nd row from the ocean literally just steps away. We make changes and updates every year. We have added new bedding and beds, new couch and some decorative pieces in 2023. Enjoy this home with your family on your summer vacation. Great views of the ocean and its the best deal on the island for this close to the beach. The space It is located at 1000 block on Ocean Drive and is close to lots of amenities. There are 3BR and 2BA - 1 Queen room, 1 Queen Room, 1 Bunk bed-(2 twins). It is one side of a duplex. The other side does not rent. Owners are quiet and only use for vacation do not live there. We DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS... this is how we save on the cleaning fee. You'll need to bring your own sheets, towels, kitchen towels, paper products, etc. There will be trash bags, dish detergent and dishwasher detergent. This is not a five star house and neither are our prices. It's a nice clean home but it's not perfect or new. The pictures accurately display the home. There is a nest thermostat that goes into ECO mode when you leave and will reactivate when you return. Give it a chance to turn on -allow up to five minutes before you try and adjust to make sure you don’t reset and disturb its function. We do not control the nest and have no way to adjust it remotely. There is a downstairs laundry room in the storage shed under the house. Guest access You can check in yourself once we email you the house info sheet. You go directly to the house and get the key without having to stop at an office. Other things to note Bed linens not provided. Kitchen and bath towels are not provided. BRING ALL YOUR OWN LINENS. We also do not provide beach chairs.
