Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water. Parking at Sunbird is not mandatory for the guest. The cost is a one time fee of $30, or there is also public parking available down the street, price fluctuates depending on time of year. Wristbands are required by the Association and are $6/person. Parking is limited to one spot per condo if you choose to park on property. Guest access You will have full access to the condo. Other things to note At least one person in the group must be 25 years of age and be present during stay to rent - ids are checked ** This is NOT a party spot ** NO SMOKING (even on the balcony) NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
