The space •This 4800 square foot full log home, consists of the owner’s private suite and 2 rental spaces with private entrances. •LOG BEAR DEN" is the entire walk-out lower level, 1250 sf suite facing NE and view of the pond. ("Robins Nest" is the 2800 square feet owners suite (not a rental) located on the main level facing SE and “Dancing Pines Suite” is a 750 sf lock-off on the same level, facing NW. ") •Enjoy a private entrance and garage parking in a temperature controlled attached garage. •Enjoy your large bedroom & a good nights sleep in the king log canopy bed with quality mattress. •Room for additional guests in the den with a queen bed. Twin roll-away bed and bedding available upon request. •Two 8’ patio doors to a huge private colored concrete patio with log swing and custom fire pit & log benches. •Full kitchen with island seating has dishes, silverware, glassware and many extras, for your convenience. •Living room stays cozy with stone gas fireplace. Perfect for naps. •4 seat dining room table. •Full bathroom with custom tile, walk in shower. •Private en suite washer & dryer. •Gorgeous views in every direction. Guest access •Guests are welcome to use the attached, heated and cooled tuck under garage space, with door opener. •One step up from garage. One level, 36” doorways, walker accessible, with bathroom grab bars. Other things to note •PEOPLE: Prices listed are for up to 2 guests. Each guest after 2 will be charged an additional $30 per night. •PETS: We are no longer accepting pets in this space. (Please inquire if you’ve stayed with us in the past). We have a resident dog and shop cat: •Winnie is 12yrs and only weighs 6.5 pounds, but 5 lbs of that is her sweet heart! She is very friendly and sometimes a little too curious about meeting new people. She goes outside a few times a day, but is primarily a house dog. Please DO NOT feed her. She has had pancreatic issues and could get very, very sick from treats. •Lonley Kitty adopted us in the fall of 2024. She has since taken over our hearts and Jim’s wood shop! You may see her guarding the property from her perch in one of the windows that face the driveway from the windows above the detached garage. She casually roams the grounds to keep it free of pests.
