Welcome to our little 💎 Enjoy 1500 sq ft of private space! Our Boles Mountain View Suite has keyless entry, 2 queen bed rooms , 2 air mattresses, corner couch and futon, full kitchen, 1 full bath, private pool, linens, and laundry. Minutes away from local restaurants, shopping centers, Virginia Tech, University of Radford and the Aquatic Center and only 3 miles from I81 entrance!! We provide WiFi, and 2 Smart TVs. The space Welcome to our walk-out suite, a daylight basement with 9’ ceilings! Full kitchen providing water, coffee maker plus a Keurig, coffee, creamer and sugar too. Toaster, stove/oven, microwave and full size fridge. We provide dishes, baking, and cooking utensils, double sink and dish washer. Heat/AC, Full bathroom, tub/shower combo, towels and linens. Separate towels are provided for pool. 2 queen size bed rooms plenty of pillows and blankets, 2 air mattresses, a big comfy couch, dinning table seats 5. 2 Roku tvs, open floor plan allows plenty of space to relax. Access to the laundry room upon request. You will have full access to a covered porch with a griddle/grill, we have a swimming pool that is private use only. Guests only will be allowed in the pool area. Notice the spa is not heated. Not a hot tub. We do stay in our home, we have 2 stories that we live and work in. We are a quiet family of 4. The pool will open : Middle if April 2023 Our pool is warm and ready for you to relax, and feel refreshed, with our 80° salt water oasis. We strive to make a difference in your stay with extra amenities. While thoroughly cleaning all the bedding, drawers, light switches, door handles, windows, couch, remotes, fridge, sinks, kitchen and bathroom etc. Pool chairs and more. We use a disinfectant that lasts up to 24 hours as well as Clorox wipes. We provide, and keep stocked, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Thank you for your inquiry and we can’t wait to be your host! Guest access Guests have full access to the driveway, down the paved walkway, where they will have a private keyless entry. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living and kitchen area. We also have a swimming pool, this will be available for guests only between the months of May-October. Days may vary depending on weather. Children 12years and younger need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. All doors with locks are for your safety and or privacy. Other things to note Hello! We wanted to introduce you to our fur babies, that you may be greeted by during your stay. First our chocolate lab Tucker, VERY loving and curious to meet you! He loves any attention! He’s our greeter, but don’t worry Tucker will move out of your way of coming and going. Secondly we have our kitty, Peaches! She stays around the backside of our house. Peaches LOVES babies and the pool area. She has always been around people and is sometimes overly friendly. She is an outside cat, she may come and say hello! We also have a yapping Yorkie, his name is Tobe, if he’s outside he barks at everyone :) he’s always on a chain on his potty breaks. Just a little guy with a big bark.
