Enjoy the view from inside the home or cross the road to access a winding bluffside staircase that leads down to a secluded sun deck and very private Lake Michigan frontage. Inside, cherry wood floors, shag carpeting, and a thoughtfully curated mix of retro furniture and antiques create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. Modern conveniences are fully integrated, including HD Roku TVs and comfortable gathering spaces designed for families and groups. The lower-level game room is a highlight, featuring a pool table, HD TV, PS2 with games, and space for kids and adults to unwind separately. For a true throwback experience, guests can enjoy our collection of 1960s-era DVDs and vinyl records. Other things to note We offer a starter supply of Paper Towel, Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Detergent, and Trash Bags. You will likely need to bring more. Things to bring!   - Paper towels, toilet paper, standard kitchen garbage bags, coffee filters - 12 cup standard size (not cone) - Shampoo, hand soap, laundry detergent and dish washer detergent - Cell phone - Charcoal, aluminum foil, lighter fluid and lighter for the grill. - Beach towels (for summer guests) - Couple of extra blankets (for our winter guests) - Bottled water, if you do not prefer well water - A bundle of firewood, if you would like a campfire. - Water shoes for swimming. - For our winter guests we recommend bringing an all-wheel-drive vehicle or at the very least a front wheel drive with good snow tires.
