The space The entry of the home has beautiful wood floors that flow into the living room, dining room and master bedroom. To the left is a very spacious, updated eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Off the kitchen you will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer and a pantry. The formal dining room, located between the kitchen and the living room, has a large table that seats 8 and opens up to the screened/all weather porch. There is also a large round table with 4 chairs on the porch, a great place to relax and enjoy an afternoon snack. Around the corner is a very comfortable and inviting living room with a queen sleeper sofa and 50" SMART TV. From the living room guests can access the back deck leading to the pool, hot tub and beautiful, landscaped backyard. Down the hall is the well-appointed, large master bedroom with a king bed, 32" SMART TV and a private bath with double sinks and a separate shower. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and French doors that open to the back deck.
