To the left is a very spacious, updated eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Off the kitchen you will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer and a pantry. The formal dining room, located between the kitchen and the living room, has a large table that seats 8 and opens up to the screened/all weather porch. There is also a large round table with 4 chairs on the porch, a great place to relax and enjoy an afternoon snack. Around the corner is a very comfortable and inviting living room with a queen sleeper sofa and flat panel TV. From the living room guests can access the back deck leading to the pool, hot tub and beautiful, landscaped backyard. Down the hall is the well-appointed, large master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath with double sinks and a separate shower.
