Skiing out is highly dependent on weather and snow so toward the end of season it is more unlikely to be “ski out”. Primarily, we rent a car and drop off and pick up at the base which is less than 2 minutes away, or walk the 400 yds between the house and trail next to The Tram Tower Condos (across from Curtis Drive). **ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed inside the property.
