The space There is a queen bed in a separate bedroom, queen futon in the living room, and 2 twin beds in the loft. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. The functional kitchen has microwave, full-size refrigerator, apartment sized stove/oven, small appliances, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. coffee maker & k-cups for hot and cold beverages; hot water for oatmeal, soups, and other instant meals. All the basics covered. Washer, dryer, full bathroom with tub & shower combo. Outside chairs and picnic table for enjoying river views and cookouts. Propane grill, charcoal park grill and stone fire pit available for cooking. Read and unwind surrounded by nature, with the peaceful sounds of the river and waterfall. Electric mini split air conditioner/heat, extra electric baseboard heat when temperatures dip very low and non-vented propane gas fireplace for short term use and to heat house quickly Smart TV, BluRay and bluetooth wireless speaker. Antennae gets about 20 channels. There is no dish or wifi, but 4G available for most cell carriers & your hotspot to access internet. Video library, books and board games available. Suggest downloading movies and games on your computer or device prior to arrival and connect to TV. Verizon has good reception, AT&T seems to work for most but some issues occasionally until above the cliff walls. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and grounds. Access code for entrance key to gate and house provided after booking. Two kayaks are available on site for use with a signed waiver. Additional kayak/canoe rentals and launch located within a mile. Other things to note State and County taxes collected at booking. There are basic grocery & hardware stores in nearby Wilmore that close fairly early. Nicholasville and Lawrenceburg have more stores that are open later. Liquor and beer sales: Wet areas in Lawrenceburg, Nicholasville and Lexington. Otherwise, dry or moist counties (by the drink in some restaurants, historic sites & golf courses). No food delivery service, so suggest stocking up on needed items when in town.
