The space Restful Retreat is an executive home located just a few minutes away from I-75 on Florida's Southwest coast, between Sarasota and Fort Myers. It's situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, yet it's conveniently close to all the amenities you could ever want. You'll find children's playgrounds and parks, stores, restaurants, golf courses, beaches (including Siesta Key Beach, which is consistently voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world), recreational sites, and more, all within a short driving distance. This home is perfect for families and friends alike, as there's lots to do and enjoy here. This is the perfect home to host your next meeting, event or content filming. As you enter the large designer tiled foyer, you'll immediately notice the aesthetic appeal of this bright and spacious residence. This single-level ranch-style home boasts magnificent level 4 palomino granite throughout. The large dream kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and beautiful exotic granite countertop, looks out into the family room and onto the pool deck. The family room welcomes you to relax in an amazingly comfortable leather recliner or stretch out on the queen leather pullout sofa while watching the 65-inch TV. The formal dining room and spacious living room are perfect for enjoying a gourmet meal and having a relaxing chat with family and friends. When it's time to rest, you can choose from any of the three bedrooms. The large primary bedroom houses a luxurious king Tempur-Pedic mattress, which you can enjoy as you look out of the double doors to the pool deck. The ensuite bathroom presents an oasis for the senses while you relax in the extra-long clawfoot tub and enjoy the early Victorian ambiance. The second bedroom has a king memory foam mattress and its own entrance to the pool deck. The third bedroom offers twin beds and two large closets. Once outside, you'll see why Florida and this fenced-in backyard are perfect for outdoor entertaining. The trellis-covered patio and lanai house a barbecue and hot tub. The sparkling heated pool with a safety fence to protect children and underwater lighting welcome you to enjoy the warmth and leisure that awaits. The pool cage covers the pool area and protects you from insects while allowing you to enjoy the stars in a beautiful clear night sky. Directly beside the pool is a lounging area, outdoor fire pit, and an amazing children's playground, protected from the sun by Coolibar sun shades. The grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained, with lots of flowers and shrubs, and the entire property indoors and out is maintained by Truly Nolen, so you won't be bothered by fire ants or any other insects. The Halo whole-house water purification system means that not only the kitchen tap water, but also your bathing water is as pure as drinking from a stream. All systems, including AC and pool, are regularly serviced. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property other than the garage. Kids’ bedroom and guest bedroom inaccessible to bookings of 2 people. Other things to note Extra charges: Pool: $15 per 8 hours run time per day Hot Tub: $15 per night Extra guests beyond the amount booked for: $30 per night each if announced and paid for prior to arrival. $100 each per night if not announced prior to arrival. If the property is booked for 2 people, the guest bedroom and kids’ bedroom will be locked and inaccessible. Visitors to the property: $20 per 6 hour stay and under when announced and paid for prior to arrival. $75 if not announced prior to arrival.
