Santa's Shack Studio - Near Pictured Rocks

Pictured Rocks Family Rentals welcomes you to Santa's Shack Studio! One of 3 units available at same site. The Studio unit offers a king bed and a twin bunk bed, full kitchen, and one full bathroom with shower. Great location just off of M-28 behind the White Pine Lodge and less than 5 miles from Munising. It's close to Pictured Rocks, ORV trails, Lake Superior, many waterfalls and lighthouses. The Kewadin Christmas Casino is within walking distance, as well as Foggy's Steakhouse. The space This is a ground floor unit and all recently remodeled with that up north feeling including tongue and groove pine ceiling and a log bunk bed. It is a cozy, little studio, so there are no private bedrooms. The bathroom shower is small as well, so tall and/or large guests may have a tight squeeze. Santa’s Shack has an on demand water heater, so there is unlimited hot water, no matter if you are the first or last to shower. We just replaced the TV in the Studio with a new 55” Roku TV for your enjoyment. While the home is conveniently located right off of M28, there is not much for a view or privacy when hanging outside as the apartments all have the view of the back of the White Pine Lodge and gas station. There is a fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table for your use that is shared with the other units in the backyard though. Signed rental agreement and security deposit hold required for all reservations. Primary guest will need to send a picture of government issued ID and list names and ages of all other guests in their group. Guest access Our guests here have full access to the Studio and also have access to the fire pit and charcoal grill in the backyard. They do not have access to any of the other units onsite. Other things to note The heater for the Studio is a natural gas wall heater and it will get hot to the touch. If bringing little ones during heating season, please be careful. Also, the shelf above the heater is removable for easier access to heater controls. There are exterior audio/video recording devices on 24/7 and motion activated. There are 3 cameras, one facing Studio entry door, one facing front entry doors under the entry arch, and one facing exterior back door of the building next door.
