You can stay in, enjoy the pool, grill, and outdoor area, or hang out at the resort! Or, you can visit the area theme parks, restaurants, and Orlando nightlife. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters, there is truly something for everyone!!! The home has been fully renovated from top to bottom. All appliances, furnishings, mattresses and linens are brand new! The space The Nook has a beautiful open plan living, dining, kitchen, and large family room. The kitchen has brand new appliances and is well-appointed to meet all of your needs! This home boasts 2 master suites, one of which opens up to the pool area! It has two additional bedrooms, including an amazing kids bedroom with a single over double bunk bed, plus a trundle! With a total of 4 bedrooms, this home can accommodate 12 guests comfortably! In the backyard, you will find a lovely pool, with seating, and a grill. The pool can be warmed daily, for a $30/day fee. Finally, there is a large garage with games. Other things to note Please note that if you are bringing a pet (not a service animal), we allow a maximum of 2 pets. They can weigh no more than 45lbs each. There is a per pet fee of $100 for the duration of the stay. Please ensure that pets are kept off of all furniture, and beds, and that pets are well behaved.
