The space This is a lovely and fresh 1,600 sq.ft. guest apartment attached to a home. It is impeccably clean with modern furnishings, stylish detail, and lots of natural light. There are NO steps from the parking area to the entrance and throughout the guest apartment. The guest area is a completely private with a large open space that offers a kitchenette, dining area, HDTV with ample seating, a large modern gas fireplace, separate and secure entrance, heated floors in bathrooms, a telescope and various books/board games. There are two private suites off the main living area. The front suite has a bedroom with a queen bed, large sunny window and a private full bathroom. The second suite area has two bedrooms and a full bath with a round shower and a soaking tub. The first bedroom in this suite area has a queen bed and a twin bed with a walk-in closet and large window. The second bedroom sleeps three with a bunk bed and a twin bed with a cozy reading nook, nice closet space and a large window. The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge and beverage center, counter top convection oven/airfryer, microwave, blender, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle and china/utensils/glassware. Please note that there is NO full-sized stove/oven unit. An electric griddle and Crock-Pot are available upon request. Some teas, hot chocolate, water bottles and snacks are provided. You will also have access to a gas grill upon request. There is a washer and dryer on the same level as well. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1,600 sq. ft. guest apartment. Very private and peaceful. Step outside to a patio area with table and chairs. A private entrance that is well lit with outdoor lights and automatic motion sensor lights. There is a semi-circle parking area for two cars that is exclusively available to guests. A poured concrete path leads to the private entry of our quest apartment providing very easy access for you and your luggage. Other things to note In addition to our normal high standards of cleaning, we are also taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces and wash all throws, blankets and other fabric items between guests stays.
