The space Don't stay in a busy town or close to a highway; instead enjoy a peaceful and picturesque setting with a large, stocked fishing pond (we kindly request catch and release), hiking trails playing in the barn. Wood burning fireplace and outdoor fire pit, with wood provided. Living room large screen TV. Large screened back porch and very large back deck with lawn chairs, umbrellas and tables. Countless indoor and outdoor games. Front porch swing with observation deck above front porch. Kitchen fully equipped with electric stove/oven, Microwave, toaster, blender, all utensils, drinking and wine glasses provided. Central heat, AC, whole house dehumidifier. However, absolutely no weapons (rifles, pistols, etc) are to be loaded or used on the property. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize any and all of the property, house and barn. Binoculars provided to view deer, turkey and other wildlife. ATV's allowed, however, no guns allowed due to liability. Horses can be boarded in our large barn free of charge, however, we cannot provide liability for any horse-riding accidents. Shawnee National Forest and Giant City state park 30 minutes away for further hiking or horseback riding. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed out of respect for our neighbors.
