While there are multiple ways to enter the home, most guests utilize the side entryway. Upon walking through the door, a split staircase gives you two options: you can head down to the main family quarters or climb a short flight of stairs to the upper grand living areas. Heading down from the entryway leads you immediately into the spacious lower family room. This space is complete with comfortable wraparound leather furniture set in front of a large flat-screen television. Outfitted with high-speed internet and integrated Netflix streaming access, it is a perfect spot for the family to gather, unwind, and host movie nights. Heading up the short staircase leads you to a beautiful upper mezzanine balcony overlooking the lower family room. Important Resort Pass and Property Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry and community facility access. Please review these registration, vehicle, and property parameters carefully prior to your arrival. Our standard check-in window runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because our registration reception closes promptly at 8:00 PM, arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a strict 25 dollar extra fee to cover the staff members who work after hours to facilitate your late check-in. The maximum allowable occupancy for this property is strictly capped at 8 guests total. This rule is rigorously monitored and enforced by resort management. This rental property comes with a maximum of 6 adult swimming pool passes only. Children aged 12 and under do not require a pass to enter the facility gates. Please note that if a group of 8 adults registers to stay, exactly 6 adults will be permitted inside the pool enclosures at any given time due to strict resort safety caps. Resort passes are issued directly to guests by the resort administration office, which operates daily until 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you will still be able to seamlessly access your rental home using your check-in details, but you will not be able to access the pool facilities on your arrival evening. Passes can simply be picked up from the resort office the following morning. Due to strict community fire danger regulations, the resort does not permit the use of standalone charcoal or gas barbecue grills directly at the condo units or on individual balconies. To accommodate outdoor cooking, free community grilling stations featuring 8 built-in public barbecues have been set up in a designated area away from the condos, located about a scenic 10-minute walk from the property.
