Description

Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space Spread out among two levels of living space in this top floor condo in Building A. A loft provides additional sleeping quarters and a third bathroom on the upper level, while the main level boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open concept great room. Classic décor touches and a sprawling dining room table with seating for six give this condo a more formal feel, while still offering cozy touches great for a family. It's easy to sprawl out and make yourself at home on the spacious living room sectional couch, where there’s room for the whole crew. A wall-mounted TV ensures everyone stays entertained during down time. On cold winter evenings, turn on the flames in the gas fireplace and curl up on the couch or enjoy a family meal gathered around the spacious table. Tucked under a chandelier and backed by a decorative wall hanging, the dining table in this condo is well-suited for family meals that celebrate a special occasion or holiday. Slide open the glass doors to soak in moments on the private balcony, where you’ll enjoy views of mountains in the distance. From family vacations to getaways with friends, the open concept floorplan in this unit is well-suited for gathering together. The living room and dining area flow seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts full-sized appliances and a spacious island. Prepare and enjoy meals using the quality cookware and tableware that is provided. From quick breakfasts before hitting the slopes to leisurely meals with everyone gathered around the dining room table, this condo is well-suited for enjoying memorable moments spent over good food. The bedrooms are well spaced in this condo, with the master and first bedroom located on the main level and the third bedroom tucked away in the upstairs loft. Enjoy a spacious king bed in the master bedroom, along with mountain views from the window. The ensuite bathroom offers a corner glass and tile shower. Next door, the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can also be converted into one larger bed upon request. A spacious wardrobe provides plenty of room for unpacking. The second bathroom is located across the hall and offers a full shower with tub. A staircase leading up from the living area leads to the third bedroom loft, which boasts a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
