The condo is the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3 story building. There is no elevator. The front door, kitchen, 1/2 bath and living areas are on the 2nd floor. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 3rd floor in king and queen beds. Nightly cost stated is for 4 people upstairs. If you want to use the sleeper sofa downstairs there is a $75 extra charge for extra linens. Let me know ahead of time so they can be supplied. Condo is very roomy, cozy and comfortable -- Wifi, Bluetooth, TV's in living room and bedrooms and much more. The large mountain top covered porches have amazing views of the valley below and mountains in distance. You will be in the middle of the action; but above all the noise and congestion, in your mountain-top peace and quiet. About all you will hear are birds and occasionally the Dollywood train whistle and riders on the roller coaster. Kitchen, bedroom & bath are fully furnished - just bring your clothes, food & toiletries. Guest access You will have private use of the entire condo including 4 porches. You will also have use of gas grill and picnic table. Other things to note Self check in is by door lock keypad anytime 4pm or after. This condo that feels like an isolated mountaintop cabin in the woods is very unique in that it is so private yet close and convenient to everything.
