Kings Landing on theWhite River: Fish & Kayak

King’s Landing on the White River sits on 2.8 acres and has 350’ of bank frontage. We call it the landing because on the lower level there’s a grassy landing located right on the river bank. We have 2 pavilions with lots of outdoor seating, fire pits, and boat ramp. There is two buildings on site. Both have a full kitchen, living area, bathrooms, etc. The resort fee charged covers the firewood we provide on-site. The space Most of our guest come for the trout fishing. We have had groups book for retreats and weddings though. We have outdoor charcoal and gas grills. Plus, we offer firewood for our three fire pits. There is outdoor furniture below on the landing as well as at the top near the buildings. The river offers a cool mist most mornings. We have beautiful porches with ceiling fans and a deck to enjoy sitting outdoors. The game room is always a big hit. It has a pool table, foosball, darts, poker table, tv, and garage doors that open. The two kitchens are nice if multiple families are wanting to cook a special meal. Last but not least, we have the beds, lots of beds in case people prefer not to double up. We have tried to think of everything a large or smaller group might need to make wonderful memories. We have had a few weddings on our grounds and welcome more. We have wedding props, signs, vintage dishes, glassware, etc. for rental if needed. Weddings and other events do require pre-approval before booking and an additional event fee. Guest access Guests have full access to everything on the property except the sheds and what is behind the sheds. Other things to note We do have a game room, which everyone seems to love. You can fish from the bank also. Some groups hire fishing guides who can pick you up from our backyard. These guides can do half or full day and can even cook a shore lunch for you, which we highly recommend. Some groups like to kayak and enjoy putting in at Cotter and floating down to our private landing. I love the privacy families and friends can enjoy at our property plus the view is amazing.
