Giant sectional, bamboo floors, top of the line kitchen, hot tub, 65" LED TV, Bluetooth Sound Bar with Subwoofer, Heating, BBQ, Firepit, A/C, fenced yard, steps from the beach. Bathroom just completely remodeled July 2019 with all new fixtures and tiles including Towel Warmer. Outdoor Shower with Hot and Cold Water. Great 8 person dining table for dinner and games. New Cleaners April 13 2021. Really big great room to facilitate a whole bunch of people being able to sit comfortably and talk with each other. House has a circular flow yet lots of private areas to read a book or a magazine or watch the kids play whether or not you want to be outside with them. Yard is big and completely fenced, Really close to the beach and the Twin Rocks, and you can walk to town about 3/4 mile away. Hot Tub is newer and great for warming up or relaxing in after a day walking on the beach. Just rewired the hot tub so when the water is changed it reheats in several hours. Pronto pups is about 3 blocks away. Pets are welcome there is an additional $35 cleaning fee. Make sure to clean up after them. 3 day minimum on Federal Holidays next to a weekend. If you're a nervous traveler, don't like driving in the snow, wind, rain, etcetera and often cancel last minute please purchase the trip insurance to protect yourself and me. My margins are too small to provide that service when it is readily available. Note: Cleaners are following all CDC/OHA, and Tillamook County best practice cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Prior to guest arrival and 48 hours in advance an email will be sent to each party requiring the following. 1. Confirmation that no person in their party has recently experienced any flu or cold symptoms or had a fever within the last 10 days. 2. No person in their party has been exposed to or interacted with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19 within the last 14 days 3. Guests will follow social distancing measures for the duration of their stay. 4. Guests acknowledge Tillamook County resident concerns related to increased risk of exposure of COVID-19 in Tillamook County rural communities as we move into summer vacation season and that all guests will make every effort to be good citizens and respectful neighbors during their stay. This includes adhering to the hours of quiet time (10 PM to 7 AM), parking requirements, and contact person response times as outlined in Tillamook County Ordinance #84 I likely won't meet you but am very accessible by phone or e-mail throughout your stay. I've got two other properties in Rockaway and positive reviews The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nice houses. Beach path is steps away and theres a great lookout on the path which has a bench. It is about 60 feet from the house and I like to watch the waves roll in as I have my coffee There is a bus which goes back and forth between Rockaway and Portland twice a day. I'll sometimes take it if I decide to ride my bike from Portland. There is a tourist train to Garibaldi which is pretty cool. Town is about 3/4 of a mile away. New pronto pups is about 3 blocks away.;
